Dividend Notice

Personal Group PLC, a leading provider of employee services in the UK, is pleased to announce that its second dividend for 2019 of 5.825p per share will be paid on 21 June 2019 to members on the register on 10 May 2019. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 9 May 2019.

The last day for elections will be on 31 May 2019.

This dividend, the second of four expected to be announced this year, represents a 1.3% increase over the equivalent period last year, reflecting the Company’s progressive dividend policy.
