Personal Group PLC, a leading provider of employee services in the UK, is pleased to announce its fourth dividend for 2019 of 5.825p per share will be paid on 13 December 2019 to members on the register on 8 November 2019. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 7 November 2019.
The last day for elections will be on 22 November 2019.
This dividend, the final of four to be announced this year, represents a 1.3% increase over the equivalent period last year, reflecting the Company’s progressive dividend policy.
