We are delighted that Personal Group has been recognised as a finalist in the Engage Awards 2024, under the category of Best Technology for Employee Engagement. This nomination highlights our dedication to transforming employee engagement through our innovative platform, Hapi.
The Engage Awards, now in their 9th year, celebrate excellence in engagement across various sectors including customer, employee, sales, and marketing. These awards reflect the depth of relationships and the degree of active participation and connection achieved by organisations. They underscore how prioritising engagement can lead to huge wins for businesses such as sustained growth, creating positive and lasting experiences, and ensuring long-term success.
Personal Group's nomination this year is particularly special, recognising our impactful work with Cadent Gas. In partnership with Cadent, we developed and launched the 'MyRewards' platform with Hapi, addressing significant challenges in engaging a dispersed and tech-challenged workforce. This initiative was pivotal in integrating and simplifying employee benefits, resulting in an impressive 77% activation rate among Cadent’s employees. Our platform has transformed their benefits experience, demonstrating how technology can make a vital impact on improving employee engagement.
The positive feedback from Cadent's team underscores the effectiveness of our approach. The launch of the ‘MyRewards’ framework was well-coordinated and focused on ensuring employees knew what was on offer. The effort by Reward Strategy Manager, Nicki Unsworth and the team, greatly enhanced the understanding and appreciation of Cadent’s benefits package.
The Engage Awards will culminate in a black-tie ceremony on 26th November 2024, in London.
Engage Business Media's Managing Director Nicholas Rust remarked, “2024 marks a very exciting year for the programme as we celebrate engagement across the entire spectrum of customer, employee, sales, and marketing. We know from our community that there are some fantastic initiatives being implemented within the industry, and we can’t wait to celebrate the success of those organisations who put human experience at the core of everything they do.”
