What a rewarding morning!
“Thank you for a fantastic morning – great content, engaging speakers and very well attended.”
Steven Frost, Work Buzz
Personal Group and Somnium Recruitment co-hosted a breakfast networking event focused on Rebuilding Reward and the Employee Value Proposition this week.
The event provided a platform for HR industry leaders to explore the evolving landscape of employee expectations and reward systems. Held at Santanders’ Unity Place in CMK, it was the perfect spot to collaborate with thought leaders and boasted an impressive agenda aimed at creating insightful discussions and valuable networking opportunities.
Somnium’s Gemma Downing and Chris Mapp's opening address set the tone for the event, with a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for the attendees.
Next up, Personal Group’s very own, Andrew Walker, gave an insightful keynote presentation on the current economic landscape before jumping into his insightful content on "Rebuilding Reward" which offered attendees a deep dive into innovative strategies that are reshaping employee reward systems.
Andrew’s insights paved the way for three industry thought leaders to share their thoughts and experiences on the changing world of reward. Justine Woolf, Director of Consultancy at Innecto further enriched the event by providing diverse perspectives and insights along with Nerida Rooney, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at RICS and Rachel Coquard from BIOS Health Ltd. All sharing a wealth of ideas and experiences around considerations addressing the employee value proposition when faced with a workforce that spans Baby Boomers to Gen Z and soon enough Gen A.
This event was all about bringing value and insight and while our guests benefited from the networking, they will also benefit from the plethora of material on the event landing page which will also include a CPD certification that is forthcoming.
Through engaging discussions, informative presentations, and ample networking opportunities, attendees left the event equipped with actionable strategies to address the evolving expectations of employees and optimise reward systems within their organisations.
Andrew Walker said afterward: “It was such a pleasure to be part of the event. There was a great buzz in the room and in the wider networking area. I thought the panel was amazing sharing so much knowledge and insight.”
While this concludes the Rebuilding Reward event, our experts are available for follow up questions. Stay tuned for the event recordings, slides, content, and CPD certification, which will be accessible online soon. We'll send a reminder email once they're available.
We look forward to the next one and a huge thank you to all involved including our partner Somnium, Andrew Walker, Justine Woolf, Keely Herring, our panellists, and our attendees.
