Last week, ahead of the new Premier League season, our Chief Executive Deborah Frost shared her views with People Management on the important role employers can play in supporting their employees struggling with gambling debts. As income providers, employers play a pivotal role in supporting such employees by providing emotional wellbeing support, for example through an employee assistance programme (EAP), and practical financial support such as fair value loans and financial education to help employees tackle the financial implications once they feel emotionally ready.

Pedal Power: Embracing the Cycle to Work Scheme

Q&A with Andrei Bugariu The Cycle to Work Scheme is a government initiative aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles and reducing environmental impact by encouraging employees to cycle to work.
